Started business in property industry ever since holding the status as one of business units at PT PP (Persero), PP Properti has now become one of prominent Property and Realty Company in Indonesia. As well as, PT PP Properti was established in 2013 under Perseroan Terbatas Establishment Deeds Number 18 dated December 12, 2013. In addition to, PP Properti as property division spin-off from PT PP (Persero), Tbk that has been operated since 1991.
For more than twenty years, PP Properti has developed capabilitiy in entire sectors, namely building Otorita Jatiluhur Residential in 1991, Cibubur area development in 1991 – 2004, Paladian Park Apartment in Kelapa Gading, Juanda Business Center in Surabaya as well as development and management of Park Hotel Jakarta in 2010 and Park Hotel Bandung in 2012.
Furthermore, PP Properti has three business units including Commercial, Residential and Hospitality. Moreover, PP Properti operates business development on Property and Realty business by developing idle land banks and co-operates with strategic partners to execute Property development business including Apartment, Hotel, Office, Mall, Retail Center and Residential to bel sold and rented.
Next in 1995, reorganization was occurred in the Company that UNK branch was transformed into UNK Unit. Similarly, in 2010, UNK Unit was spin-off from Business Development Unit to be established as Property Division. As a result, who run property and realty development business with focus on three segment of Residential, Commercial and Hospitality Segments. Consequently, throughout 1991-2013, Property Division has Developed twenty four projects in these three segments comprising of nine residential projects, twelve commercial projects and three hospitality projects.
